Navy Pier Marina welcomes transient boaters for nightly, hourly, and extended stays at our brand new, state-of-the-art marina facility in the heart of downtown Chicago. There’s never been a better location for boaters to access the city.

Our floating docks are ideal for boats of all kinds up to 183’ with NO minimum size requirement.

Hourly/Touch-And-Go Reservations

Advanced reservations for hourly dockage are now OPEN online. Before entering the harbor, call for slip assignment:

  • On VHF Channel 10
  • Or 312-600-DOCK (3625)

Book online using the from above or through the Dockwa App, just as you would for an overnight transient reservation.

Select your arrival date and departure date as the same day, complete the vessel and owner information, and add payment info for initial minimum charge that includes your first hour of dockage.

NOTE: In the special request section, specify anticipated dockage time(s) and if you would like more than one hour to start.

NOTE: You must disclose if you are a charter boat (see Terms & Conditions for important information for charters). Once ready, check the box to confirm Navy Pier Marina and Dockwa’s Terms and Conditions and request reservation.

Once the marina confirms your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

Upon arriving at the marina, additional hours may be added to your reservation at the time of docking if you wish to stay longer than one hour, or will be automatically added for each additional hour, or portion thereof, for your total stay upon your departure.

Hourly rates start at $50 per hour and increase based upon size of the vessel:

  • Vessels up to 65′ | $50/hour
  • Vessels 65′ – 80′ | $75/hour
  • Vessels 80′ – 100′ | $100/hour
  • Vessels 100’+ | $150/hour

Surcharges for each charter pick-up/drop-off are added to these rates.
