Preferred Vendor Application

Preferred Vendors are vendors (boat mechanics, suppliers, detailers and wash crews) which are pre-approved and authorized to conduct business at Navy Pier Marina.

• Vendors apply for approval along with current insurance naming NPM Venture LLC (d.b.a. Navy Pier Marina) and its affiliates, Navy Pier Inc., Metropolitan Pier & Exposition Authority and the City of Chicago as additional insureds.
• Pay access fee described below.
• Vendors and vendor employees must check-in with front desk with photo ID to acquire gate access code needed.
  • PLEASE NOTE: This access may be revoked for violations of city, state or federal law, Navy Pier or Navy Pier Marina Rules and Regulations and other policies, or other inappropriate or illegal activity or conduct by vendor, its employees, or any person utilizing your issued access code. In the event your access is rescinded, no refund will be made.
• Parking is managed by Navy Pier and ABM. Parking rules, rates, and discounted employee parking may be available on request through Navy Pier Marina to ABM. Upon approval, an Employee Parking Application will need to be submitted in person at the ABM Parking office, which is located in the east parking garage near interior garage door 8.

*After-hours emergency access on a case-by-case basis.
**As-needed access must pay for each visit and acquire a daily gate access code.
