• Vessel’s up to 60’: $6,000 per season
• Vessel’s 60” and over: $1,000 additional per 10’
• Price is per vessel and includes the maximum of four stops per day
• Dockage time is limited to 30 minutes per stop

Premium Commercial Touch-And-Go: Starting at $7,500 will include trash transfer from vessel and potable water availability for rinse-off and tank fill.

Recreational and Broker/Dealer boat dockage will be offered on a limited basis. Season April 1 – Oct 31 *

• Metered electric shore power billed separately at actual usage per month

• Dock space up to 50’: $355 per LF
• Dock space up to 70’: $375 per LF

• Dock space above 85’: Upon Request

*NOTE: Season is subject to delayed opening and/or early closing based upon weather, and certain services may be limited during April and October when open, primarily water and washrooms.

• Rates: Per lineal foot (LF), per night. 30′ minimum per vessel applies.
• Weekday (Sun – Thurs): Starting at $3.95 per lineal foot of space for vessels utilizing up to 60 LF; $5.95 for vessels 61 LF up to 80 LF; $6.95 for vessels 81 LF up to 99 LF; and $7.95 for vessels 100 LF and up.
• During weekends, peak periods, special events, and holidays, rates are variable starting at $4.50 per LF per night, increasing by sizes above.
• Electric rates apply, if used: 30-amp $7 per night, Double 30-amp $12 per night, 50-amp $12 per night, Double 50-amp $20 per night, 100-amp $25 per night.

Rates by boat size — charged per hour (or portion thereof). Minimum 1 hour.

• Up to 40′: $50 / hour (minimum 1 hour)
• 41′ – 60′: $75 / hour (minimum 1 hour)
• 61′ – 85‘: $100 / hour (minimum 1 hour)
• Above 85’ upon request

Slip rate charged is overall dock space occupied, including maneuvering room buffer and ancillary equipment (i.e., outboard engines, dinghy, jet ski, etc.).

• All dockage rates are subject to the City of Chicago dockage/mooring tax in effect from time to time. All dockage rates are subject to change without notice.
• Overnight Transient late check-out (after 11:00 AM, when available): $50 for 3 hours until 2:00 PM. After 2:00 PM, additional hourly rate or full overnight rate may apply.
• Overnight Transient early check-in (before 3:00 PM, when available): $50 for 3 hours arriving at 12:00 PM. Before 12:00 PM additional hourly rate or full overnight rate may apply.
• Pump-out: $15 per pump-out for transient and seasonal dock holders.
• Pump-out: $20 per pump-out for all other vessels.
• Trash and recycling disposal fee (Seasonal Commercial): $50 per month, applied seasonally to commercial contracts.
• Transient and Hourly Stay Cancellation Policy: Full reservation amount is charged upon confirmation. A full refund will be provided if you cancel prior to 36 hours before your arrival date, less a $10 non-refundable reservation fee. If a cancellation is made within 36 hours before your arrival date, you will receive a refund of the amount paid less the reservation fee and the total cost equivalent to one night. Exceptions to the cancellation policy for weather warnings will be made on a case-by-case basis in the marina’s sole judgement.

NOTICE TO ALL CHARTERS (INCLUDING BAREBOAT): NO CHARTER BOAT DOCKAGE (HOURLY/TOUCH-AND-GO/OVERNIGHT) CAN BE BOOKED AT THE MARINA WITHOUT:

1. A SEASONAL COMMERCIAL USER CONTRACT (WITH ASSOCIATED FEES PAID IN ADVANCE) AND INSURANCE ON FILE WITH THE MARINA, OR,
2. DAILY COMMERCIAL USE BASED UPON ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PROVIDED YOU ADVISE THE MARINA AT THE TIME YOU BOOK YOUR STAY, IN WHICH CASE THE ADDED FEE IN ADDITION TO YOUR STANDARD DOCKAGE RATE WILL BE $100 PER STOP. NOTE IN THE COMMENTS SECTION YOU ARE A “CHARTER.”
   1. NOT REPORTING THAT YOU ARE A CHARTER BOATWILL RESULT IN A NON-REFUNDABLE $200.00 ADDITIONAL FEE PER OCCURANCE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
   2. NON-SEASONAL COMMERCIAL USERS MUST REMOVE THEIR OWN TRASH FROM THE MARINA PREMISES. LEAVING TRASH ON THE DOCKS OR THE MARINA PREMISES WILL RESULT IN A NON-REFUNDABLE $100.00 ADDITIONAL FEE PER OCCURANCE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
3. RECREATIONAL AND BROKER/DEALER USERS ARE PROHIBITED FROM ANY CHARTER OPERATIONS FROM OR AT THE MARINA. Additional fees will apply for violation of these provisions pursuant to the applicable User Agreement.
