    Seasonal Touch-and-Go Dockage Program

    Navy Pier Marina’s seasonal Touch-and-Go program is designed to allow properly licensed commercial operators access to Navy Pier Marina and Navy Pier for temporary dockage. Licensees will now be able to drop off and pick up passengers and conduct temporary stops without having to transit back to their home harbor for things like picking up catering orders, dropping off seasick passengers, or quick bathroom breaks.

    • Navy Pier Marina will make available a limited number of commercial Touch-and-Go permits for the season.
    • Each permit will entitle licensee temporary dockage of 30 minutes or less for a maximum of 4 times per day.
    • Dedicated Touch-and-Go dockage space.
    • For vessels over 60′, $1,000 additional per 10′.
    • Dedicated dock access pin number for each licensee for guests and staff to access Touch-and-Go dockage area.
    • Seasonal rate of $6,000 plus 7% City of Chicago docking tax per permit.
    • License Agreement will include insurance requirements as well as marina rules and regulations to include guest conduct policy and trash removal options.
