Chicago Sued in Dispute Over Blocked Construction at Navy Pier Marina

Navy Pier Marina developer Randy Poldosky has filed a lawsuit against the city alleging the Chicago Department of Transportation illegally denied a harbor permit for construction to begin, due to concerns about security for the nearby Jardin water treatment plant.
